    Receipts arrive from a phone between two appointments, and the question about them stays beside the file.

    A draft, its comments, the next version and the signature live in one conversation.

    A whole shoot goes out in full resolution, and supported RAW files open right where they arrived.

  1. The work, not just the files.

    Encloq is not a cloud drive with encryption added. Our value lies in the work around a file: the question beside the document, the version that counts, the invitation with clear boundaries and the signature that closes it. Storage serves that work.

  2. Your work never trains AI.

    Encloq is paid for by its customers, not by data. Your files and messages are encrypted on your device, so we can’t read them, and our terms rule out using your content for advertising or to train AI models.

  3. European by conviction.

    We are an Austrian company, and we share Europe’s view of privacy: your data belongs to you, and protecting it is a duty, not a favour.

  4. Datenschutz is a value, not a checkbox.

    German has a single word for data protection, and we treat it as a promise. Encryption is part of every plan, with no mode to switch on. Hidden metadata is removed from supported files before upload, and even search runs on your device.

  5. The highest security standards we can reach.

    Content is encrypted on your device before it leaves, and passkeys sign you in and unlock your data. Key exchange and content signatures are hybrid: a proven classical algorithm paired with a post-quantum one from NIST’s highest security category. Aegis, our cryptographic toolkit built on open standards, brings the post-quantum algorithms to browsers that don’t offer them yet.

  6. Honest about limits.

    Encryption protects content, not everything around it. Account, billing and some operational data still reach us, recipients can keep a copy of what they see, and signatures in Encloq are not qualified electronic signatures. We say so plainly, because trust depends on it.

  3. TodayEncloq 0.2.0Encloq runs in your browser and installs as an app on your phone and computer. Since the first release it has added a guided tour, more ways to sign in and its own editors.
